We serve the highest quality of tonkatsu in town.
To ensure that every bite is exceptional, a tremendous amount of effort goes into everything we serve.  All of our sauces, pickles, even our breadcrumbs are homemade, to guarantee a taste not found anywhere else in Shimoda.
